We’re excited to have you join us for International Family Day at the Excelsior Farmers Market! This vibrant celebration will feature cultural performances, food from around the world, family activities, and community fun.
Vendor setup will be from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please arrive with enough time to be fully set up by 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, let the staff member at the front gate know you are a vendor. They will check you in and direct you to the registration area. After registration, proceed to the back of the farm where another staff member will guide you to your vendor space.
To help create a memorable and engaging experience, we ask each vendor to bring a raffle giveaway item for our community drawing. We also encourage you to include kid-friendly and/or cultural activities at your booth when possible, giving families and guests an interactive way to connect with you and learn more about your products, culture, or services.
Please share the event with your customers and followers on social media, and tag your posts with #ExcelsiorMarket to help spread the word. Don’t forget to upload or email us your logo at [email protected] so we can feature your business in our event promotions.
Vendor spaces are confirmed once payment is received. If we receive too many vendors in the same category, your payment will be refunded in full and you will be notified by email with an explanation.
Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. Breakdown may begin no earlier than 2:45 PM.
